The scope included new finishes and mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades, as well as an extension of the waiting area. The set-up for this project required an expedited submittal period in order to guarantee that all materials would be on site in the sequence in which they were required. Scope included the full multi-floor renovation of offices, patient rooms, phlebotomy spaces, and laboratory rooms. In addition, work also included the infill of a skylight, new mechanical equipment, and a complete renovation of the clinic’s pharmacy. The renovation of the pharmacy involved the installation of new counters, partitions, high-end millwork and associated finishes, casework, and pharmacy distribution equipment.
