Healthcare/Life Sciences Mount Sinai Health System – Beth Israel Chris and Morton Hyman Patient Care Unit Project Info Project Info Mount Sinai Health System – Beth Israel Chris and Morton Hyman Patient Care Unit Cauldwell Wingate was engaged for the renovation of Beth Israel Medical Center’s third floor luxury Patient Care Unit. The scope of this 13,000sf project included partial floor demolition and interior construction for patient rooms, restrooms, a green roof, and nursing stations. The hospital remained active during construction, so Cauldwell Wingate worked to minimize disruptions to the daily flow of activities. Cauldwell Wingate took special precautions for infection control while working in this healthcare facility. Mount Sinai

Healthcare/Life Sciences NYU Poly-Cite Game Lab Project Info Project Info NYU Poly-Cite Game Lab Cauldwell Wingate was retained as Construction Manager to complete the 3,000sf fit-out of a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary graduate research lab designed to foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and learning in the development of research projects involving educational games and movement-based interfaces. The work required careful planning, detailed site logistics, and a rigorous safety program to ensure that disruptions to the University’s ongoing operations were minimized. The final project included custom lighting, whiteboards across a full wall, and numerous computer stations. NYU Poly-Cite Game Lab
