Maimonides Cancer Center Healthcare/Life Sciences Maimonides Cancer Center Project Info Project Info Maimonides Cancer Center Cauldwell Wingate Company was hired as the Construction Manager for this state-of-the-art health care assignment. The project consisted of a seven phase, three-floor interior renovation in occupied conditions as well as an underground building extension for 4 vaults, including the installation of three new linear accelerators. The interior portion of the project included a PET/CT room installation, and suites for Medical and Surgical Oncology, Breast Center, and infusion and Pediatric Oncology. In addition, a new executive office center was created. A major lobby renovation was designed with a three-story glass clearstory feature wall. Cauldwell Wingate was responsible for preparing multiple budgets and schedules throughout the preconstruction process as well as oversight responsibility for the construction. NYU Langone Medical Center Trinity Ambulatory Care Center Healthcare/Life Sciences NYU Langone Medical Center Trinity Ambulatory Care Center Project Info Project Info NYU Langone Medical Center Trinity Ambulatory Care Center Cauldwell Wingate was the Construction Manager for a 16,000sf, single floor build-out of NYU Langone Medical Center’s Downtown Ambulatory Care Center located at 111 Broadway. Scope for this high-end medical facility in the landmarked Trinity Building included an electrical infrastructure upgrade and the build-out of office space, patient facilities, and consultation and exam rooms. The project included extensive millwork, including metal and glass details. Construction of an ornate waiting area incorporated fine stone, metal and bamboo finishes. NYU Langone

The project included a full fit-out of the twelfth floor facility, including UDS Suites, various procedure rooms, and waiting room. CWC took its monthly corporate safety meeting “on the road” to our Upper West Side Condo Project yesterday, followed by a de-brief session at local eatery. Staff witnessed the 12 th  floor concreting operation, and initial phase of façade installation program .

CWC poured the ninth floor at our new Upper West Side Condo Project , marking the "halfway point" of superstructure.

Our team enjoyed an afternoon of connection and friendly competition at the Lawn Club — featuring bocce, cornhole, kan jam, and bottle bash. A great day of teamwork, laughs, and fun outside the office!
