We had the privilege of volunteering with God’s Love We Deliver , helping to prepare and package nutritious meals for New Yorkers living with serious illness.

We held our Townhall at Il Fiorista this week, bringing the team together for updates, planning, and good conversation. Grateful for the time to connect and align as we look ahead to the months to come.

Breaking ground on another upper west side condo project!

The CWC softball team held its annual "spring training" at the Baseball Center NYC last night. Opening Day is April 11th - we look forward to another enjoyable and competitive season in Central Park.

Cauldwell Wingate has completed phases 1 and 2 of the Stony Brook Medical Imaging Optimization Project and is currently awaiting sign off by the Department of Health. This portion of the project included the addition of a new Computerized Tomography room, two radiation fluoroscopy rooms, four ultrasound exam rooms, four patient restrooms, multiple technical workspaces, a staff lounge and a new corridor that will improve patient transportation. Upon approval from DOH, SBM will occupy this space and allow CWC to take over the final phase, completing the project in the summer of 2025. Working closely with SBM construction and planning along with its stakeholders CWC was able to complete this portion of the project in an occupied space wedged between the emergency department and surgical operating rooms without incident or interruption to any operations or services.

Congratulations to the Cauldwell Healthcare team for completing the Behavioral Health Project located at Mount Sinai Morningside.  Attention to detail was key in the project delivery as patient safety was the critical aspect in the design implementation and execution of the project.

Our recent pasta-making event was a huge hit! From kneading the dough to crafting the perfect Cavatelli and Tagliatelle, our team had an unforgettable experience filled with laughs, learning, and, of course, delicious food. Everyone raved about the hands-on fun and the mouthwatering results! A big thank you to Evento for making this a night to remember.
