Company Events & Team Building

Parental Leave

Employees, after 6 months of employment, are eligible for one month of Paid Parental Leave for the birth or adoption of a child.  This amount is paid at full salary.

Remote Work Policy

Our team at CW recognizes the importance of flexibility in today's busy world. That's why we offer a remote work policy for eligible positions, including 20 remote workdays at the beginning of the year. Non-eligible positions are granted an additional 4 PTO days to ensure everyone has a healthy work-life balance.
