Cauldwell Wingate served as the Construction Manager for a complex infrastructure project in a live hospital environment. The project was divided into two phases. In Phase I, we installed a 50-ton air-cooled split unit system, insulation for ductwork, and new lighting and control systems in operating rooms. Phase II involved the replacement of a cooling tower, with infection control measures in place throughout the project.
