Cauldwell Wingate served as the Construction Manager for infrastructure upgrades to support Northwell Health System's electronic health records program at Lenox Hill Hospital. The project involved converting spaces into IT Closets, installing HVAC and electrical systems, and ensuring minimal disruption to operational areas.

Hospital Generator:
Cauldwell Wingate oversaw the installation of a new generator at Lenox Hill Hospital, including fuel oil riser, structural enhancements, and protection measures.

5th Takeoff (New Electrical Service):
Cauldwell Wingate acted as the Construction Manager for a new electrical service vault, ConEd Vault tie-ins, and electrical system installations with coordination through existing pharmacy facilities.
