Cauldwell Wingate performed preconstruction services for the renovation of the 32,000sf corporate headquarters of an aggressively expanding pharmaceutical firm. This project was phased within an occupied environment, necessitating a transparent transition from existing space to new corporate model. The scope of the project included high-end millwork finishes, metal and glass office fronts, sensitive testing laboratories, and full upgrade of mechanical, electrical and data systems.
