Whitestone Ambulatory Care: Completed examination and consultation room fit-outs, and coordinated the installation of nuclear camera and x-ray machines. Urgent Care Center at Rego Park: Built an 18,000 sq ft space with x-ray equipment, nuclear camera, upgraded lobby, new office and reception areas, ultrasound rooms, and an andro lab. Infrastructure included HVAC units and A/C systems. Additional work was done at the Rego Park Urgent Care Center, renovating 30,000 sq ft for a multi-specialty program. Northwell Health

The facility was a collaborative project among nine prestigious biomedical research institutions. It houses a Cryogenic Electron Microscope suite, laboratories, administrative offices, and advanced NMR spectroscopy instruments. We successfully addressed the challenge of shielding sensitive instruments by strategically locating the center and creating vacuum-like spaces. Scope for this high-end medical facility in the landmarked Trinity Building included an electrical infrastructure upgrade and the build-out of office space, patient facilities, and consultation and exam rooms. Montefiore Medical Center Hofheimer Oncology Lab Healthcare/Life Sciences Montefiore Medical Center Hofheimer Oncology Lab Project Info Project Info Montefiore Medical Center Hofheimer Oncology Lab Montefiore Medical Center engaged Cauldwell Wingate to construct a new Oncology Laboratory and testing facility at the 3rd floor Hofheimer Building. The work consisted of demolishing existing offices and associated equipment to make way for new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure required to support the new lab facility. The architectural fit-out of the space included all new laboratory casework with integral plumbing fixtures and a separate specially constructed room to house the expansive laboratory freezers. The project included four individually phased pharmacies totaling approximately 4,000sf. Each pharmacy needed to be turned over in 2 months’ time or less. Work included pneumatic tube systems for transport of materials, clean room construction for drug compounding and pass-through windows for patient transactions. The 85,000 sf space required full demolition and MEPS upgrades in order to accommodate a program of specialty medical practices. Equipment needs included two MRIs with associated shielding and floor reinforcement, PET/CT, and radiology, dental, and audiology specialty equipment. Situated in the heart of Midtown, the project required extensive logistical planning and precise execution.
