Wyckoff Heights Medical Center Pharmacy Renovations & Airborne Infection Isolation Rooms Healthcare/Life Sciences Wyckoff Heights Medical Center Pharmacy Renovations & Airborne Infection Isolation Rooms Project Info Project Info Wyckoff Heights Medical Center Pharmacy Renovations & Airborne Infection Isolation Rooms Cauldwell Wingate was awarded by the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center (WHMC), to serve as the General Contractor for the construction of six (6) new isolation rooms. These rooms will include new headwalls, bathrooms and isolated HVAC systems allowing WHMC to provide premium care for high risk patients. The work is taking place in highly sensitive areas such as the intensive care unit requiring a high level of Infectious Control Protection adding to an already difficult and complicated job. Cauldwell Wingate was also awarded a project at the same facility to install a new QleanAir containment unit for their Pharmacy, which will provide the hospital with a completely controlled cleanroom solution for their pharmaceutical needs. These projects are first steps WHMC is taking to make itself one of New York’s premier healthcare facilities. Wyckoff Heights

Lisa Villasmil is a leader at Cauldwell Wingate, bringing expertise in construction management and supporting the delivery of complex projects across New York City. LISA VILLASMIL Chief People Officer Lisa Villasmil joined Cauldwell Wingate in 2015 and currently serves as the Chief People Officer. Villasmil holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Iona College Hagan School of Business and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University ILR School. She holds the Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM‐CP) credential and is in the process of completing the Academy to Innovate HR, Strategic HR Leadership Certificate. Villasmil is also a member of The International Society of Female Professionals, The Women Builders Council and The Professional Women in Construction NY Chapter. She is also the proud recipient of the WBC award for Outstanding Women in 2021 and 2023. Mrs. Villasmil brings a wealth of business experience to Cauldwell, having managed human resources as well as compliance and auditing in a legal environment. In addition, she has run her own entrepreneurial venture for several years. She has extensive employee relations, human resources, and compliance policy experience. Mrs. Villasmil truly enjoys the HR role because she believes putting people first in an organization, and recognizing their efforts, yields extraordinary results. With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, including a decade at one of the largest construction accounting firms in the U.S., Steven has a wealth of expertise. His background includes leading audit engagements for general contractors, specialty contractors, construction associations, and labor unions. Prior to CWC, Steven was instrumental in advising various specialty trade contractors, which will contribute to the realization of Cauldwell Wingate's financial objectives and strategic goals.
