His expertise spans the entire construction process from viability studies through project closeout. Paired with his extensive technical expertise is his strength as a mentor and project leader. DAVID LEVY VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS David Levy serves as a Vice President of Operations at Cauldwell Wingate, LLC. Mr. Levy has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry and received a Bachelors in History from Florida State University, and a Construction Management Certificate from New York University. His primary experience is in residential buildings. Spending a portion of his career in Toronto, ON, David gained valuable experience in complete high rise façade recladding along with complex logistics for full scale construction.
