It’s been a stressful two years and we recognize that our team often needs the opportunity to decompress so we held a fun Wellness Event at The Well. We had two rotating groups attending Yoga and Meditation Classes to aid in destressing and relaxation! This was followed by some healthy fare from the delicious kitchen at The Well.

Cauldwell Wingate attended the Women Builder’s Council Champion Red Tie Reception, celebrating and promoting women in construction! Our own, Lisa Villasmil, was one of the WBC Outstanding Women award recipients!

Cauldwell Wingate is proud to have helped sponsor a bed build for grassroots charity, Sleep In Heavenly Peace! Bedlessness is a national problem and SHP is a volunteer organization that builds beds for kids who are sleeping on the floor. We look forward to continuing to partner with such an amazing organization!

CWC topped out at 200 Montague St in downtown Brooklyn this week.  This 20 story rental building with stunning views of the City will be completed in 2022.  Congratulations team!  #200 Montague and #AuroraCapitalRE

Women Promoting Success (WPS) came together for an event at the Chelsea Piers Golf Range where we were taught by a golf pro how to “perfect” our grip, stance and swing.  Golf is a very important part of the business world and Cauldwell Wingate’s WPS Group wants to give both women and men the opportunity to be successful on the course.

Who needs an excuse to have a cookie or a celebration?  Well if you needed one, here it is!!  CW celebrated this “National Holiday” with different kinds of chocolate chip cookies from Schmackerys!  They were enjoyed by our team and worth every calorie!

Everyone came together to send in recipes to create our very own Cauldwell Wingate cookbook, The Cauldwell Cookery! So nice to finally see the finished product! We now have an amazing book of diverse recipes that we are excited to try making as well as discuss with our teammates!

CWC feels it is so important to continuously recognize those on our team that go above beyond. On that note, we would like to congratulate the two winners of our Recognition Awards. Robbie Divine was awarded The Mountain Mover recognition award as he goes above and beyond to keep the job progressing and progressing well. Anna Arutyunova was awarded The Ultimate Contributor Award as she is always willing to help from the smallest task to the largest within her department or others!

Congratulations to our 50 Trinity team for an amazing crane set up and pick that was executed both flawlessly and safely!

We are exited to have, once again, partnered with God’s Love We Deliver, GLWD.  We have made a donation in order to receive a title that will be displayed in their amazing kitchen.  This kitchen is a place that we are so proud to have be able to volunteer and we look forward to doing so for years to come. Please read below for the GLWD Mission: The mission of God’s Love We Deliver is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. We prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. We also provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to our clients, families, care providers and other service organizations. All of our services are provided free to clients without regard to income.
