Cauldwell Wingate provided general contracting services for the transformation of an existing building water feature and gravel utility area into a fully-finished usable recreational space and patio, including new structural concrete foundations and drilled piles, cast-in-place stairs and ramps, a new aluminum pedestrian bridge crossing the water feature, new patio pavers, railings, lighting, planters, pergola, and outdoor furniture.

This week, CWC conducted its semi-annual in-house CPR-AED-First Aid training. Application of this life-saving emergency training isn’t exclusive to our offices or jobsites. The techniques learned can be used just about anywhere, empowering our employees to help others around them in times of emergency.

Cauldwell Wingate is providing drilling and sitework services for the installation and development of a Water Mitigation system comprised of 20 pumping and monitoring wells joined below grade to existing drainage structures. Wells will be developed and coordinated to align with NYSDEC guidelines and jurisdiction to alleviate systemic issues with groundwater penetration through existing building foundations. Once complete, this Water Mitigation system will be fully integrated into clients existing BMS network to allow for continuous control and monitoring.
