Cauldwell Wingate attended the Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW) Equity Leadership Awards Luncheon.  We are proud to support this amazing organization and wants to congratulate all the honorees.

To recognize the, sometimes, silent suffering of mental illness we gave sweatshirts to anyone who wanted one with a message of support. “The world is a better place with you in it!” Wear it well, team! We are proud to do our part in countering the stigma related to mental health!

Today, as part of the Brooklyn Museum Infrastructure Upgrade Project Cauldwell Wingate provide two new rooftop HVAC units which were picked and set in place using a mobile crane by Able Rigging and ACS Mechanical.

What a difference a month can make; from the concrete topping slab poured at the end of March to flooring and finishes being just around the corner. Coming soon, Park Ave Kitchen!

As Construction Safety Week 2023 draws to a close, we take pause and reflect upon this year’s slogan, “Strong Voices, Safe Choices”.  We should, in our respective industry roles, be aware, encouraged, empowered, and confident in identifying and raising our voices when observing existing and potential safety hazards. Each of us plays an integral role in “constructing” a strong safety culture and providing a safe workplace environment; it takes a team effort. Special thanks to our trade partners and clients, as their participation played integral roles in making this year’s campaign a success.

Last Thursday we had the pleasure of hosting many of our future leaders for Take Your Child To Work Day!  As much fun as it was for the kids, it was equally as fun having their energy around the office and watching them learn about what we do as a company, but more importantly what their parents do.
