As Construction Safety Week 2023 draws to a close, we take pause and reflect upon this year’s slogan, “Strong Voices, Safe Choices”. We should, in our respective industry roles, be aware, encouraged, empowered, and confident in identifying and raising our voices when observing existing and potential safety hazards. Each of us plays an integral role in “constructing” a strong safety culture and providing a safe workplace environment; it takes a team effort.
