CWC has completed and received TCO for the amenity spaces at 8 Court Square in LIC NY. The spaces include both indoor and outdoor areas for the residents to gather, relax and enjoy. The outdoor spaces include places to enjoy the sun and fresh air as well as places to have a barbeque with family and friends. The interior spaces include a lounge with a see- through fireplace, a bookable dining room with kitchen, fitness center, yoga studio, billiards room and a sports simulator. We know the residents will enjoy these amenities for years to come.

Congratulations to our 47th Street team on achieving their first TCO on floors 4-32 including hoist units!  What an amazing accomplishment!  A celebration was in order!  Cheers to them!

We are excited to have reached a few important milestones at Hudson Valley Hospital. Our first pour was 40 yard footings for the stairs and retaining wall. We also started the retention system. Seeing this progress never gets old.

Torkian, CW and SLCE team conducting their weekly meeting on the roof…. We can think of something nice to say. Hopefully George is ok with the lack of high visibility.

The hammerhead tower crane was brought down this weekend at our 83rd Street project after the successful completion of the precast panel erection and rigging of the equipment for the roof. Well done, team!
