CWC has completed and received TCO for the amenity spaces at 8 Court Square in LIC NY. The spaces include both indoor and outdoor areas for the residents to gather, relax and enjoy. The outdoor spaces include places to enjoy the sun and fresh air as well as places to have a barbeque with family and friends. The interior spaces include a lounge with a see- through fireplace, a bookable dining room with kitchen, fitness center, yoga studio, billiards room and a sports simulator.
