September is National Suicide Prevention Month. As such, the construction industry dedicates a week (September 9-13) to raising awareness about the unique challenges our workers face, and the higher-than-average number of suicides we continue to experience compared to other occupations. CWC is collaborating with its trade partners to raise awareness about this important issue and provide resources to help prevent those deaths.

Cauldwell Wingate recently completed this Class A common area renovation, helping the building owner deliver a top-of-the-line space for new tenants occupying the floor. We wish this client continued success in attracting new tenants to the building!

CWC has partnered with Otto Tech Systems and Sunbelt Rentals for an eight week pilot of the Little Giant "Smart Ladder" and the Otto data system at our One Park Row project. This holistic approach to ladder safety utilizes built in sensors, wireless data collection and a mobile app to alert the user of unsafe conditions and drive long-term behavioral change - a potential game changer with respect to reducing and/or eliminating ladder related incidents.

Our team swung for the fences and put in a tremendous effort this season even making it to the playoffs!  While our winning streak has ended, we played our hearts out and had a blast this season! Big thanks to everyone who cheered us on! We'll be back stronger next year!
