Cauldwell Wingate was excited to invite our team and their families to join us for Saturday's Yankee Game against the Pirates. This is one of our favorite events as it brings everyone together!

As construction suicide prevention week drew to a close, our final event at One Park Row focused on the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, a free, 24-hour hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. If you or someone you know is feeling desperate, alone, or hopeless, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

Our E83rd Street project achieved another significant milestone Sunday with Con Edison's installation of building's transformers.

September is National Suicide Prevention Month. As such, the construction industry dedicates a week (September 9-13) to raising awareness about the unique challenges our workers face, and the higher-than-average number of suicides we continue to experience compared to other occupations. CWC is collaborating with its trade partners to raise awareness about this important issue and provide resources to help prevent those deaths.

The view from this 47th floor international financial firm’s new office is greatly complimented by the remarkable finishes and details by IA Interior Architects.  It was a pleasure working alongside IA and Robert Derector Associates to deliver this well-appointed state of the art space.

Congratulations to David Levy for earning this quarter’s Leadership Recognition Award as well as Jenny Fernandez for earning the Initiative Recognition Award.  David’s strong leadership inspires us all, while Jenny’s drive to innovate keeps our team moving forward. Both are shining examples of excellence in our workplace and what makes our team so strong.

Stay tuned for updates as Cauldwell embarks on modernizing this early 20th century Midtown South commercial building with a new lobby, entrance, façade and storefront.

Cauldwell Wingate recently completed this Class A common area renovation, helping the building owner deliver a top-of-the-line space for new tenants occupying the floor. We wish this client continued success in attracting new tenants to the building!
