Demo is completed and ready for buildout on Cauldwell Wingate’s newest 22,000 sq ft high end office project.  Just steps from Grand Central, this open modern office space will boast incredible stone, millwork, metal and glass décor, complimented by restored original Art Deco accents, also prevalent in the building lobby as you make your way up.    Stay tuned for construction updates as we take on this transformation with partners MKDA and HHF Design Consulting.

Today we continue our annual “ICRA Awareness Training Program”.  Best practices are expectations we achieve to gain our clients trust and most important “Patient Safety.”  Cauldwell’s focus on consistent and constant training are the means we practice ensuring our Healthcare teams are ready to work in the Healthcare Environment.

We are proud to partner with the New York-Presbyterian Westchester team on the Patient Room Revitalization Program. One of seven phases in the books, six more to go!

Cauldwell Wingate has completed an office renovation for Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as part of the prerequisite work required for the upgrade to their Women's Health Center. The project included updated mechanical services and a full cosmetic upgrade including the addition of 14 private offices, a pantry and communal work space.

Cauldwell Wingate’s Healthcare team is off to a running start on our Mt. Sinai Union Square East project.  The temporary barriers are up, demo is complete, and framing is underway.  Stay tuned for more updates on this new clinic space as we cross the finish line with our design partners Arcadis and AZA Engineering.

CWC took its monthly safety meeting "on the road" to our One Park Row project last week. Staff saw first-hand mast climbers, suspended scaffolds, and our smart ladder pilot program in action.
