The project consisted of a seven phase, three-floor interior renovation in occupied conditions as well as an underground building extension for 4 vaults, including the installation of three new linear accelerators. The interior portion of the project included a PET/CT room installation, and suites for Medical and Surgical Oncology, Breast Center, and infusion and Pediatric Oncology. In addition, a new executive office center was created. A major lobby renovation was designed with a three-story glass clearstory feature wall. Cauldwell Wingate was responsible for preparing multiple budgets and schedules throughout the preconstruction process as well as oversight responsibility for the construction.
