This multiple-phase project was designed to meet the programmatic needs of a highly regarded specialist group. The scope included new finishes and mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades, as well as an extension of the waiting area. The set-up for this project required an expedited submittal period in order to guarantee that all materials would be on site in the sequence in which they were required.
