277 Park Amenities Center is a 16,000 square foot Amenities space offered for tenants use inclusive of gym, locker room, lounge, steam/sauna, juice bar and conference rooms. This was a challenging project due to the scale and high-end finishes as well as the design build nature and working with existing conditions from the 60’s and 80’s.

Our 29th Street project successfully set up and signed off on the placement of a crane for the installation of exterior panels and yesterday they made their first crane pick! Great job team!

The phased renovation of the 277 Park Ave main lobby renovation completed this past fall with a new double height glass façade blurring the interior and exterior with a custom metal canopy reflecting back the bustling activity of Park Avenue

CWC’s Women Promoting Success Group (WPS) held their final event of 2022. We all got together to discuss what this year meant to us and how each event shaped our group. We then took some time to design and create Succulent Terrariums which came out amazing!

Happy to announce CWC has reached substantial completion regarding the Annenberg Ophthalmology Lab Space located at Mount Sinai Hospital.
