Illuminated exterior signage and decorative façade panels have been installed on our West 29th Street project as we sprint towards TCO. Exterior and interior storefronts have been completed, life safety systems (Fire alarm, Fire Pump & Engine Generator) are being inspected and a 25” wide overhead garage door has been installed. Three decorative façade panels have been installed at low level, two of which are in a contrasting orange color with the third awaiting installation of a QR code to facilitate cloud based storage rental via the corporate app.

Last week we held our annual Town Hall & Happy Hour where we discuss updates on the company and the policies and take the time to reconnect and mingle!

Our Women Promoting Success Group visited The Skyscraper Museum where we were given a special curator tour by Founder Carol Willis where we learned so much about New York’s architectural heritage. This was followed by drinks and mingling on Stone Street.

Interior construction at 8 Court Square is in full swing!  Appliances, cabinets, stone tops and fixtures arriving every week.

This weekend Cauldwell Wingate, along with Morrow Crane erected the tower crane for 250 E 83rd Street.
