GREG SZEKALSKI SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE Greg Szekalski serves as a Senior Project Executive for multiple projects at Cauldwell Wingate, LLC. Mr. Szekalski is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion including purchasing, scheduling, logistics, budgets and closeout. He strives to build and maintain exemplary client service while overseeing his projects in order to produce successful outcomes for all parties involved. Mr. Szekalski’s 21 year background includes a broad array of practical experience in all phases of development and construction management. He has managed renovation and new construction for a variety of project types, including education, corporate, storage and residential buildings. His notable project experience includes 1 Park Row, 155 W29th Street, 200 Montague Street, 40 Tenth Ave (Solar Carve), Far Rockaway Townhouses (Saltmeadow), 111 West 57th Street, 613 Baltic Street and the College of Staten Island.
