Cauldwell Wingate recently completed this Midtown South commercial lobby, entrance, and retail storefront renovation.  We worked collaboratively with the owner, design entities and trades to carefully remove the exterior and temporarily support the early 1900’s multi-layered façade and perimeter wall.   The new expanded doorway and robust new canopy required removal of some original steel members and installation of new steel.  A picture framed limestone façade was installed around the new entrance, previewing the new modern lobby experience. The new lobby features higher ceilings, modern lighting, floor to ceiling stone & millwork and all new mechanical systems.  Cauldwell Wingate thanks our design partners Fifield Piaker Elman Architects, Jack Green Associates and The Eipel Engineering Group for assisting with a successful execution.

We had a very refreshing time at the office today thanks to Agavi Juice, who brought their delicious smoothie bar straight to us! From tropical blends to antioxidant-packed favorites, everyone found a flavor to love. To top it off, we offered Nut Tea Brew Juice Cups from Holoholo to our employees — a great addition to get us drinking more juice. Big thanks to Agavi and Holoholo for helping us stay cool, healthy, and energized!

Yesterday, we took a mindful pause with a beautiful Flow & Restore yoga session at Humming Puppy. It was the perfect midweek reset—stretching, breathing, and recharging together. Thanks to everyone who joined us on the mat!

CWC held its second intra-squad "Cauldwell vs. Wingate" softball friendly in Central Park last night. Spectators were treated to a competitive, extra innings match ultimately won by team "Wingate". Planning has already begun for next year's player draft.

Another milestone reached! CWC completed its third foundation concrete pour this past Friday on our Upper West Side condo project, with a full pump setup in place to get the job done right. Onward and upward!

Yesterday, Cauldwell Wingate hosted a interns luncheon at our office for our summer interns to give them a glimpse into the exciting paths ahead. We were thrilled to feature Alejandra Juarez as our Guest Speaker, one of our former interns who is now a Project Manager. Alejandra shared her inspiring journey from intern to leader, offering valuable insights and encouragement to the next generation of talent.
