Cauldwell Wingate’s Women Promoting Success Group had its first event since the onset of COVID. While it still had to be virtual, we decided it made sense to do a “Self-Care Check-In”. We did a short Sound Bowl Meditation Session by @crystalvida followed by some conversation about the challenges both personally and professionally that we have dealt with during the pandemic. We offered a book on Practicing Mindfulness and a few items that aid in lowering stress and promoting calm. Always remember to check-in with each other and with yourself.
