ULI New York hosted their 2020 Awards of Excellence in Development Gala on November 2, 2020 and 40 Tenth Avenue was announced as the winner of the Excellent in Office Development category. Cauldwell Wingate is honored to be part of the 40 Tenth Avenue Meatpacking District project team alongside Aurora, Studio Gang, Arup and HM White.
