Cauldwell Wingate was the Construction Manager for a 16,000sf, single floor build-out of NYU Langone Medical Center’s Downtown Ambulatory Care Center located at 111 Broadway. Scope for this high-end medical facility in the landmarked Trinity Building included an electrical infrastructure upgrade and the build-out of office space, patient facilities, and consultation and exam rooms. The project included extensive millwork, including metal and glass details. Construction of an ornate waiting area incorporated fine stone, metal and bamboo finishes.
