Cauldwell Wingate was retained as General Contractor for the full renovation of the sixth floor Pediatric Oncology Wing. The two-phase Article 28/DOH project required temporary departmental relocation to Payson 3, the construction of exam rooms, nurse call stations, installation of DIRTT partitions, and medical gas. Under a separate project, Cauldwell Wingate did preparatory renovations to Payson 3 to accommodate the temporary departmental move.
