Cauldwell Wingate was engaged for the renovation of Beth Israel Medical Center’s third floor luxury Patient Care Unit. The scope of this 13,000sf project included partial floor demolition and interior construction for patient rooms, restrooms, a green roof, and nursing stations. The hospital remained active during construction, so Cauldwell Wingate worked to minimize disruptions to the daily flow of activities. Cauldwell Wingate took special precautions for infection control while working in this healthcare facility.
