Montefiore Medical Center engaged Cauldwell Wingate to construct a new Oncology Laboratory and testing facility at the 3rd floor Hofheimer Building. The work consisted of demolishing existing offices and associated equipment to make way for new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure required to support the new lab facility. The architectural fit-out of the space included all new laboratory casework with integral plumbing fixtures and a separate specially constructed room to house the expansive laboratory freezers.
