Cauldwell Wingate was responsible for the complete renovation of this primary healthcare center and pharmacy dedicated to meeting the health needs of the LGBTQ communities. Scope included the full multi-floor renovation of offices, patient rooms, phlebotomy spaces, and laboratory rooms. In addition, work also included the infill of a skylight, new mechanical equipment, and a complete renovation of the clinic’s pharmacy. The renovation of the pharmacy involved the installation of new counters, partitions, high-end millwork and associated finishes, casework, and pharmacy distribution equipment. All work in this occupied facility was phased to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
