Leveraging his deep expertise, Desmond is instrumental in driving early-stage value engineering, optimizing project efficiency, and maintaining strict budget control to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. He is adept at bringing together project stakeholders to assess risks, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive strategies for mitigation.
