Yesterday’s Women Builder Council event at North Hills Country Club was a great mix of fun and connection! Half our crew hit the golf course while the other half took to the tennis courts. A perfect day of friendly competition and team bonding.

Cauldwell Wingate recently completed this Midtown South commercial lobby, entrance, and retail storefront renovation.  We worked collaboratively with the owner, design entities and trades to carefully remove the exterior and temporarily support the early 1900’s multi-layered façade and perimeter wall.   The new expanded doorway and robust new canopy required removal of some original steel members and installation of new steel.  A picture framed limestone façade was installed
