  • Phase 1 Construction Of Exterior Site Improvements And Renovations

    Cauldwell Wingate will be starting Phase 1 construction of exterior site improvements and renovations at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in October of 2023. This scope of work will include significant new site upgrades in the form of below-grade storm water management and retention systems, concrete and asphalt pavement, new provisions for electric vehicle charging, new site lighting, expanded parking for the hospital system, new ADA-compliant pedestrian accessways, new landscaping and hardscaping, and new vehicular accessways from Route 202. Cauldwell Wingate is projected to deliver this site expansion project in second quarter of 2024.

    It’s stand down time as we ease into the TPP (Tenant Protection Plan) once ownership has official TCO #1 at our Jackson Avenue Project. Working hand in hand with ownership and our skilled trades to ensure a seamless transition as work unfolds.
