Happy Halloween at Cauldwell Wingate! From costume and candy counts contests to cupcakes and cookies, fun was had by all!

Cauldwell is proud to highlight this recently completed Class A space for occupancy by an international financial firm.  Thank you to TPG Architecture and EP Engineering for a great collaborative effort on this one.

Quality control and leakage testing being perform by the Stony Brook Medical Physicist team at the hospital’s new CAT scan room. The lead shielding is in place to protect everyone outside of the room from the radiation generated by the CAT scan’s Xray equipment. The installation was found to be completed successfully with no exception based on the physicist report allowing Cauldwell to continue with the fit out of this room and the accompanying space as part of the renovation project for Stony Brook’s imagining department which includes this CT room, two radiation and fluoroscopy Rooms, ultrasound and sonogram rooms, administrative space, waiting area and reception desk.

Last Thursday, the Cauldwell Wingate crew turned up the volume and the fun at our company karaoke night! From power ballads to classic rock anthems, we showed that our talent doesn’t just shine on the job site—sometimes it takes the stage.

The 2024 CWC softball season has officially drawn to a close. This year, for the first time, we played in two leagues, providing additional opportunities to foster a sense of camaraderie, improve communication, and enhance teamwork. The EFIS installation on southeast elevation of our One Park Row project is wrapping up this week. It will be a nice compliment to the sculptural precast stone facade presently being set in place.

Cauldwell Wingate volunteered at God's Love We Deliver to help make medically tailored meals for people too sick to shop or cook for themselves. We have partnered with GLWD for many years and really enjoy the opportunity to support the community in this way.
