Cauldwell Wingate built interiors and site finish work for the Bronx Criminal Court Complex on East 161st Street in the South Bronx designed by renowned architect, Rafael Vinoly. The new 1.11 million square foot Complex houses 62 new courtrooms and occupies a three-block site and includes office space for numerous City agencies including the Department of Correction and the New York City Policy Department. The interior fit-out included drywall construction, architectural metal and glass fixtures, specialty carpentry and landscaping and installation of custom-designed detention equipment and terrazzo floors.
90 Church Street is a 16-story federal office building located across from what was the World Trade Center, and owned by the United States Postal Service. The 24-hour building is a large mail sorting facility, serving the entire downtown area, with five floors of active USPS facilities, and upper floors consisting of private tenant space.

Cauldwell Wingate completed core and shell construction work for several floors within the building including new toilet rooms and mechanical rooms with AC units and tie-ins to the building central management system, new electrical distribution, a fire alarm system, fire-protection equipment and lines and refurbished open areas. New plumbing stacks were installed from the 1st through 7th floors the existing 7th floor roof setback was reconfigured to remove an existing mechanical penthouse and install new fresh air, toilet exhaust and smoke exhaust fan units. The project also included modernization of six passenger elevators and interiors work for two of the building's private tenants.
