Cauldwell Wingate served as the Construction Manager for Bank of Montreal at 3 Times Square. Project scope includes a comprehensive pre-construction phase, which included numerous budgetary and value engineering rounds. Challenges included an aggressive tenant build-out in a newly constructed building, in the heart of Times Square. The success of the project was measured by the strict adherence to the schedule and budget despite these challenges. |

Cauldwell Wingate was the Construction Manager for a 1.2 million square foot renovation for JPMorgan Chase at 277 Park Avenue. The complex construction assignment also included phase occupancy requirements, core infrastructure upgrades for the electrical and security systems, demolition and installation of multiple trading desks and lobby and concierge desk renovations. A 48-story hoist was built on a customized shoring platform to expedite construction. |

Cauldwell Wingate provided construction management services for Bloomberg, LP's in multiple office locations. The project included electrical switch gear upgrades, a new cooling tower, an emergency generator, telecommunication rooms with UPS and air conditioning units and sprinkler pre-actions systems. The state-of-the-art floors featured open stairways, pantries and custom finishes including millwork, stone, metal and glasswork. |
