Stephanie Rudman serves as Director of Business Development at Cauldwell Wingate Company, LLC. Ms. Rudman is responsible for developing and implementing Cauldwell Wingate’s strategic business development plan, and focuses on building long-term relationships, with emphasis on the design community, often resulting in new project opportunities. She also spends time with the firm’s existing clients, working with them to identify industry and market trends and to ensure client satisfaction. Ms. Rudman recently identified new construction opportunities at St. Barnabas Hospital and AIG Insurance and she often refers to her role as “crystallizing the Cauldwell Wingate brand into strong relationships.”
Ms. Rudman is a resource to clients and prospects on the strength of the Cauldwell Wingate team and the special value that the firm’s approach to construction holds for clients, often assisting the firm’s principals in delivering sales presentations as part of the firm’s Executive Committee. She is active in numerous construction and real estate industry associations including the Contractors’ Association of Greater New York and the New York Building Congress, among others.
Prior to joining Cauldwell Wingate, Ms. Rudman served as a nutritional consultant for Weight Watchers. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
