Alan Haines is Chief Information Officer at Cauldwell Wingate Company, LLC. In this capacity, Mr. Haines is responsible for all Finance, Accounting, Business Development, Administration in addition to all Contractual and Legal matters.
Prior to joining Cauldwell Wingate, Mr. Haines was a Quantity Surveyor for a major quantity surveying practice in the United Kingdom. As a native of Wales, he relocated to New York in 1994 to develop his career in
construction. After two years at a major construction management firm, he joined the Cauldwell Wingate team where he has worked in various areas within the firm including Estimating, Project Management, Finance and Accounting.
Mr. Haines earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying with First Class Honors from the University of Glamorgan. He was a David Rockefeller Fellow (Class of 2005) with the Partnership for New York City. Mr. Haines is a member of the New York University Construction Management Department Advisory Group and the Contractors' Association of Greater New York for which he serves on the Scholarship Committee. He is a Board Member and Mentor for Youth AT Risk and a Member of the Oxonian Society and St. David's Society.
