Building Careers for Women in construction
The Cauldwell Wingate team has taken steps to improve working conditions for women on the jobsite and has been a strong supporter of Non-Traditional Employment for Women (NEW), an organization that trains women for jobs in the building trades, the utilities and transportation industries, and facilities repair and maintenance.

Cauldwell Wingate’s President & CEO, Susan L. Hayes, serves as Board Chair for NEW and is deeply committed to the organization’s mission to help qualified women access high-wage careers that provide economic independence and serves employers by providing them with trained, job-ready workers.
