DEBORAH RAZZANO, Director of Finance

Deborah Razzano, Director of Finance, reports directly to Cauldwell’s President. She brings a wealth of accounting, controllership and banking knowledge to the executive management committee with over 30 years of professional experience.  She manages revenue projections and account executive coordination in addition to monthly billing reviews of each project; monthly closing and preparation of financial reports; monitors the financial picture of the company; maintains A/R collections and client relations; oversees the accounting department. 

In this role, Ms. Razzano is also responsible for human resources department functions, including payroll, benefits and interaction with outside auditors.

Ms. Razzano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
