Steven Jureller serves as Chief Operating Officer of Cauldwell Wingate Company, LLC. He is accountable for the overall management of the construction process and ensures client satisfaction for every assignment. Mr. Jureller is also responsible for assembling strategic teams to respond to new market opportunities and the
integration of all personnel to deliver the best possible result for clients. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jureller's responsibilities included all oversight of project management and delivery of construction consulting services.

Mr. Jureller has over 15 years of experience in construction related services and he has completed successful construction installations in the United States as well as Germany. Prior to joining Cauldwell Wingate, Mr.
Jureller has worked at manufacturing and equipment installation firms as well as an owner's representative firm in the New York City area overseeing extensive capital project programs.

Mr. Jureller has been instrumental in developing many of the tools and processes for the successful
management of complex construction projects. These projects include new construction, major renovations, environmental programs, utility infrastructure upgrades, capital program master plans, land use master plans and ongoing service programs.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers State University of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York Building Congress Communications and Membership Committee, the Contractors’ Association of Greater New York and is a Scout Leader for the Boy Scouts of America and an Eagle Scout.
