CHRIS ALBERO, Executive Vice President
“Marrying technology and sustainable construction to achieve success”
Chris Albero serves as Senior Vice President at Cauldwell Wingate Company, LLC. Mr. Albero oversees large-scale projects for the firm, including all core and shell assignments as well as major gut renovations. He is currently managing the Thurgood Marshall Federal Courthouse project as well as construction of an 11-story residential project in Long Island City. Mr. Albero is the firm’s in-house expert on green building design and technology, and is an accredited LEED professional. He is a member of the U.S. Green Buildings Council, both the national and New York City chapters.
Mr. Albero has more than 15 years of experience in estimating, project management and as an account executive. He has worked in Boston, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and London. He joined Cauldwell Wingate in 1999 and has worked on various types of projects including medical, financial, base building upgrades, government, courthouses, educational and new construction.
Mr. Albero graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Computer Information Systems.
