Mr. Kerendi has nineteen years comprehensive experience in all aspects of construction management including over three years as a New York City certified Site Safety Manager. He is particularly knowledgeable about relevant industry articles, provisions and safety regulations including NYC Article 33, OSHA, DOB, NYC Fire Codes, etc. Mr. Kerendi has worked on numerous projects in the New York City metropolitan region, many with complex logistics and unique job-site conditions. Projects cover the gamut from excavation and foundation, superstructure, and façade work to interior renovations and fit-outs. As Site Safety Manager, Mr. Kerendi is responsible for the creation and deployment of a Site Safety plan specifically written for each Cauldwell Wingate Project.
