| NY Historical Society |
| The New-York Historical Society has long seemed like a remote fortress on Central Park West because of the stately but insular architecture of its stone building and a certain bumpiness in its public relations. |

| The Laureate |
| Nestled at the intersection of 75th and Broadway, the Laureate’s grand Beaux-Arts design nods to prewar grandeur while each unit ensures gracious and modern living. The resulting 20-story structure gracefully blends with the neighborhood, while its ultra-luxury touches provide unparalleled interior spaces. Floor-to-ceiling, sound-attenuated windows combine with Juliette balconies and carefully laid out setbacks for outdoor amenity spaces to link the spaces to the historic neighborhood. Cauldwell Wingate provided construction management services and ensured the highest level of craftsmanship throughout the project. |
